"FLYING HAS BEEN PART OF MY LIFE SINCE I CAN REMEMBER"

From the beginning FlyHigh took flight on two wings: the wing of passion and the one of specialization.

I have been in the aviation world since I started work, even before, considering I come from a family of pilots.

 

I started as a commercial flight attendant in international airlines, then I flew in the Chilean Presidential Plane. Later on as a flight assistant in private Jets. Always focused on giving the passengers a memorable and unique flight experience.

 

On the other side is Olaf, advertising executive, and a self-made cook from the age of ten. Refined and always piggish, with studies in Australia, brings in his experience in front ovens and burners. This added to my knowledge and expertise in international galleys gives us a perfect understanding of this demanding and sophisticated business.

 

Right here is where our other wing comes in, the specialization wing.

 

This is how FlyHigh “Beautiful food on board” was born. Our in-flight refined and specialized gastronomic proposal. We incorporate alined chefs to our clients requirements and demands, looking  always to innovate, enabling us to offer the highest gourmet service to private Jets.

 

 

Passion without a specific objective does not assure a pleasant landing. And a perfect landing is fundamental in our business and enterprise.
